1. Terms and Conditions (Niyam aur Shartein)

Welcome to Shripooja! (Shripooja par aapka swagat hai).

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Shripooja website, services, and products. By accessing our platform, generating reports, booking a pooja, or purchasing spiritual remedies, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not continue to use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms (Svikriti)

By accessing or using Shripooja, you agree that you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts, have read, understood, and are bound by this User Agreement.

2. Eligibility (Yogyata)

Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to access our services. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc., shall not be eligible to use the Website. Any minor may use or transact on the Website under the supervision and express consent of their legal guardian or parents.

3. Description of Services (Hamari Sevayen)

Shripooja acts as a facilitator for spiritual wellness through a three-tier ecosystem:

  • Astrological Reports: We provide personalized digital insights (Kundli, Name Correction, Compatibility, etc.) based on AI and Vedic calculations.
  • Book a Pooja: We arrange authentic rituals performed by expert Pandit jis. The expected charges mentioned may include the cost of materials required for pooja, charges paid to our priests for performing the offering and other charges such as taxes. We also facilitate the shipment of Prasad and Pooja Vidhi items to your address.
  • Spiritual E-Commerce Remedies: We offer physical, energized (Abhimantrit) products such as Rudraksha, Yantras, and spiritual jewelry.

4. User Information & Accuracy (Sahi Jankari)

Users of the Website may be required to provide certain personal information such as date of birth, time of birth, and address, and the User expressly permits the Company to access and/or collect and retain such personal information. The accuracy of our Vedic reports and rituals strictly depends on the details you provide. Shripooja is not responsible for inaccurate predictions or ritual outcomes resulting from incorrect data submission.

5. Disclaimers and No Guarantees (Mahatvapurna Suchna)

  • Spiritual Guidance, Not Science: Our astrology and spiritual guidance services are based on Vedic principles and scriptures. The effectiveness of rituals such as pujas, havens, and yantras varies for each individual. We do not claim guaranteed results from any spiritual services.
  • Not Professional Advice: The content provided on this website is for informational and spiritual purposes. It should not be used as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). Our services do not replace medical, psychological, or financial consultations.
  • No Material Claims: Our products and services are meant to support Hindu spiritual practices, and we make no claims regarding material or health benefits.

6. Payments, Pricing, and Taxes

You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from us and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes including but not limited to GST, duties and cesses etc., wherever applicable.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Cancellation aur Refund)

Due to the digital and spiritual nature of our services, our refund policies are strict:

  • Digital Reports: Once a digital astrological report is generated, no refunds will be provided.
  • Pooja Services: There is no cancellation allowed for puja bookings, astrologer bookings, or any other spiritual services. If a service is not delivered due to unavoidable reasons, users are eligible for a refund of the paid amount.
  • E-Commerce Products: Orders for physical product items can only be canceled within 5 minutes of placing the order; after this period, cancellations will not be accepted. In case of incorrect or damaged products, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for replacement or refund consideration. Users accept that spiritual benefits may vary and no refunds will be provided based on perceived effectiveness.

8. Intellectual Property (Baudhik Sampada)

All content, logos, report designs, and graphics on Shripooja are our exclusive property. You must not reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Shripooja for commercial use.

9. Force Majeure & Service Limitations

We are not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, internet failures, government restrictions, or acts beyond our control. Furthermore, live streaming of rituals depends on technical feasibility; if unavailable, recorded videos may be provided instead.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Your continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.
