1. Digital Reports (Kundli, Numerology, Compatibility)

Our astrology and numerology reports are generated instantly using AI and Vedic algorithms based on the personal details you provide.

No Refunds: Once a digital report has been generated and sent to you (via WhatsApp, email, or dashboard), it is considered final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for digital reports under any circumstances.
Incorrect Details: If you enter the wrong birth details (Janam Tithi, Time, etc.) by mistake, we cannot refund the amount. You will need to purchase a new report with the correct details. Please double-check your information before submitting.

2. Pooja Bookings (Anushthan aur Sankalp)

Booking a Pooja requires significant preparation, including booking verified Pandit jis, purchasing Samagri (materials), and allocating a specific Muhurat (auspicious time).

No Cancellation: Once a Pooja is booked and payment is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.
Rescheduling: In rare cases of extreme emergency, you may request a reschedule at least 48 hours before the Pooja time. Approval is at the sole discretion of Shripooja management.
Shripooja's Liability: If, due to unavoidable technical issues, natural disasters, or the unavailability of the priest, we fail to perform your booked Pooja, we will either reschedule it to the next auspicious date with your permission or provide a 100% full refund.
Spiritual Outcomes: Poojas are acts of faith. We guarantee the authenticity of the Vidhi and the Pandits, but we do not guarantee specific material, medical, or life outcomes. No refunds will be entertained based on the perceived "success" or "failure" of a ritual's outcome.

3. Spiritual Remedies & E-Commerce (Physical Products)

For physical products like Rudraksha, Gemstones, Bracelets, and Yantras:

Order Cancellation: You can cancel a physical product order only within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
Returns & Replacements: We only accept return or replacement requests if the product delivered is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
Unboxing Video Requirement: To claim a replacement or refund for a damaged/incorrect product, you must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video of the package. This request must be raised to our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Non-Returnable: Due to the energized (Abhimantrit) and sacred nature of our products, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or "don't like the product" reasons once the seal is broken.

4. Refund Processing (Paisa Wapas Kaise Milega)

If your refund is approved (e.g., failed Pooja execution or canceled physical order within the time limit):

Refunds will be initiated back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) used during the transaction.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.

5. Shipping Policy (Delivery Niti)

Dispatch Time: Physical products and Pooja Prasad are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of the order placement or the completion of the Pooja.
Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days across India, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS/Email to monitor your package.
